 Brenda is a well known hypnotherapist specialising in easibirthing (R), helping mums and dads to enjoy the best birthing experience possible for them. As a Regression therapist she aims to find the root cause of any presenting issue and to help you to improve your life and feelings of wellbeing. Brenda is a qualified and accredited Crystal therapist and a member of the Healing Trust and has trained as an adult education teacher. Having trained at the College of Transformational Therapies in Nottingham, Brenda gained a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy as well as her Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma. She then went on to a more advanced level with Regression therapies including Inner Child, Rebirthing, Past Life and Transgenerational regression techniques with Lionheart Training in Hull where she also trained as an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. This was followed by further training with the UK Academy of Therapeutic Sciences to become an easibirthing® Practitioner.
